If you are covered by Sponsorship this enables the recovery of VAT on the purchase of a horse, training fees, vets bills etc.
The VAT can be reclaimed retrospectively on the purchase of a horse going back over 3 years and on training fees going back over 6 months. Remember that if you sell a horse the VAT will have to be re-paid on the sale.
